What we collect

When you send a wholesale inquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, business email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, country, selected products, requested specifications and message.

Why we use it

We use inquiry information to answer your request, prepare quotations, discuss sampling or production requirements, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and keep a business record of the conversation.

Where it is processed

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Inquiry records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database used by Paradise Jewelry. If email notifications are enabled, the inquiry is also sent through Resend to the sales mailbox. These providers process data to operate the service on our behalf.

Your selected-product list

The “Inquiry List” is kept in your browser’s local storage until you remove the items, clear the list, or clear your browser data. It is sent to us only when you submit the inquiry form.

Retention and sharing

We retain inquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell inquiry data. We may share it with service providers involved in hosting, email delivery, quotation or order fulfilment when necessary.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the inquiry information associated with your email, subject to any records we must retain. Contact sales@pdjewellery.com. Please do not send card details, passwords or sensitive identity documents through the inquiry form.

Updates

We may update this policy when the inquiry workflow or service providers change. The current revision date will be shown on this page.
